From someone who used to deal with HUGE amounts of negativity from my own self - it’s possible to change this, it really is! Have you tried the rubber band on a wrist method? It helped me a great deal. Or maybe you just need to hit rock bottom! All you can do from there is go up. Regardless, I know you’re more than capable to stop the toxicity and find a way to love yourself ❤
