I really liked this! The breathing exercises were awesome, especially in the beginning. I like when you talk this way instead of intense whispering because it makes it feel more like a real interaction with another person. Best trigger was when you came really close to the camera to talk. So glad I found your channel! ❤ to you from Finland

I'm really impressed that every time I had a strong feeling somewhere a couple of moments later you went "oh, there's a big one" and directed your attention to the correct location even when your movements had been symmetrical leading up to that (so I assume the particular sensation I had hadn't been induced or predictable). Interesting.

Mr Practitioner, I'm really sorry that you had to work so hard today. Well, you sorted my headache out... but maybe if I just took the analgesia, you wouldn't have had to work that hard? (Seriously, I couldn't stop apologizing). 🙊🙊🙊 Reiki is what we believe, you're right (as per always). Either or, whether by your Chi (which is super warm and strong, by the way), or whether by Dopamine, Seratonin and Oxytocin release, the fact remains that this really does help, whether one believes in it or not. Spiritually and scientifically it is effective. My only wish is that people would take their scientific hat off once in a while, and see what the other side of science has to offer. I did, and I'm definitely reaping the benefits. 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you for the session, Sensei. 🌟🌟🌟
