I needed this so badly right now; my mental health is probably at the worst it’s ever been, or at least the worst it’s been in a while. I’ve been working as best I can to center myself and have been watching a lot of asmr, which encourages me to do things I love, drink tea and go on walks. Really need this..The energy has been so intense my anxiety is constant. I feel everything so intense I haven't gone anywhere only to nature. Something has changed, something huge, I am seeing more in the last 5 months then in the last 5 years. That meaning I see other realms and beings of all kinds. It's beyond what the human mind can fathom. I can not take a video or photo due to the fact they are everywhere in my photos. Always have been but not everyone not this intense.
