Yes, I'm currently working on some more non-medical roleplays. And you are right, I often upload medical rps because they are most popular and viewed ones, at least my viewers like them most of all (you can easily see that if you open the tab 'popular' in the channel videos). Every time I experiment with other kinds of roleplays, they seem to be less interesting for the audience, which means they gain few views, which is disappointing since I put a lot of work in them. So on one hand it is cool to experiment and produce diverse content, and on the other hand it is often more rewarding to record a traditional cranial nerve exam and know that it won't be the worst viewed video on the channel

Maybe you can be a cop that has pulled someone over, and have to give sight/focus tests? Would still be great for you to have a "break out" hit video... (barber shop) fluffy mic stuff seems popular.
