Elise on the go I used to. ASMR is becoming more popular and socially “acceptable” (in my area at least- Iowa) due to memes and fun content posts so I don’t hide it anymore. Turned my mom and brother onto it, and we’ve each got a few friends we introduced to the community as well!! This is so interesting. I’m a narrator here on KZbin (I read scary stories) and in the beginning I used to try very hard to control my breathing and edit it out of my videos. I think these are her own "techniques". Words such as "compression" etc...are massage terms, however I have never had a formally trained MT perform strokes like these on me when receiving a massage, nor learned any of her strokes in either MT schooling/Aesthetics schooling.
