Since it bugged me too, I looked up why cold cream is called cold cream (I didn't know either). "Cold cream is called that due to the cooling effect it has when applied to skin". I'm not sure what I was expecting, but now I know. Thank you for motivating me to do like 5 minutes of research on something that's always irked me.

You've probably already tried Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, so let me recommend Diclofenac. It's typically recommended for joint pain, but I've found it works insanely well for migraines and toothache. If you struggle with regular headaches/migraines, I'd suggest you get a Fever Few houseplant, the leaves are pretty much dripping with NSAID compounds. It has a variety of pain-inhibiting chemicals that work in different ways, and I often find it works more reliably than pills. Tastes absolutely awful, but chewing and swallowing a few leaves + lying down for 15 minutes is a pretty effective headache cure. I've experimented with different painkillers to deal with my migraines, just don't touch anything stronger than codeine. Opioids are usually more trouble than they're worth.

For stress, breathing exercises. Your basic breathing exercise is to very, very slowly inhale , but let your belly swell up, you need to draw it into your lower chest - then, stay still for a few seconds, try and hold it. You'll be tempted to breathe out quickly, but exhale slowly, as slowly as you can bear, and take a moment to rest before repeating. Do this in a comfortable, upright position with your eyes closed. Repeating these exercises regularly deliver neurochemical changes that can be seen in brain scans. It's not just psychological, it has to do with how your body, particularly your brain, absobs oxygen, and how this relates to hormone production. There are a bunch of scientific papers on the subject, it's considered a reasonably effective treatment for depression and anxiety. My therapist actually preferred this treatment, whenever possible, over anti-depressants, since anti-depressants can have some pretty major side effects.

You are supposed to use the forms of volume and density I told you. You can even measure in grams and have your measurements of liquid be correct. However, pounds are NOT a proper way to measure the density, volume, and/or mass of liquid. I am in 8th grade and in college courses. If I am correcting you, perhaps you are the one who needs to be educated further.

It’s called cold cream because it’s made of water & oil. When the water evaporates, it creates a mild cooling sensation. My grandma used Ponds cold cream every night. You have to wash your face afterwards because it clogs pores if you don’t.
