A question for anybody who listens to ASMR videos. Do you find a more relaxing state when you listen to the videos in a low, medium or high volume? I have been watching all kinds of ASMR videos, and I've always found it to be with a low medium volume to be a bit better for some. I'm trying to find a good range to be able to get the most of what I can. Opinions anybody?

Depends on the sound, but I'd say usually medium to highish. If there's rougher sounds or soft spoken I put it on low

I know this was 5 years ago but anyway…. It depends how much I’m craving the sound of that makes sense - so if I’m just popping it on at night to help me sleep I use low but if I’m really craving the sound (which is usually plucking or scrubbing) I whack it on high volume and instantly feel calmer and more relaxed
