ASMR Request Gum Chewing Silent Hill 4: The Room Ramble and Gamecube Mic Button Pressing

That's my favorite Silent Hill game right there! Out of the first four games in the series, I think SH 4 was the one that offered the most complexity gameplay-wise, since it added inventory management, traveling back and fort between the worlds and the apartament (which forced you to think a little outside the box when solving some puzzles), and the ghosts that haunt you through the whole game and eventually start invading the apartment. Add Eileen as a non-playable companion with her own weapons and shit and you had a lot more to think and worry about compared to previous entries. I also feel like Silent Hill 4 was the scariest entry in the series, but that's a matter of opinion. The plot, on the other hand, was undeniably good. The murder mystery premise, combined with the concept of "The Room" being pretty much a character itself made for an uncanny and unique experience. Great vid!

Thank you! Can't go wrong with this game! And it was nice that it tried some new stuff. It's my second favorite behind silent hill 2. And is probably just as creepy as 2. And yea the story is fantastic as well. Shame they broke apart team silent after this game.

Love seeing this game get talked more. It's the most underrated SH in the franchise. It's gets a fair amount of love and hate, the reception is mixed but imo it's the most creepiest and atmospheric game in the series. I wish I still had my ps2 copy now this game is highly expensive to own.

I agree completely about it being underrated! For me it's second believe the second one. And has a better story than 1 and 3 in my opinion. Yeah the ps2 price now is like 140 bucks which is ridiculous
