What we know about her visitor: - Shows up late - Stands very still - Very dirty face - Wears a bodycam (police?) or glasses cam - Knows Sarah long enough to understand she always folds her towels after use - Communicates via lip reading, sign language or telepathically - Has a unibrow problem - Forgets her stories about Mexico - House owner My guess is a deaf childhood friend who works as a living statue: One of the jobs commonly available to the hearing impaired. It's a job with long hours, so shows up late, covered in paint. Glasses cam for recording the reactions of his audience. Used to standing very still, of course. Seems to forget stuff she thinks she told him because of the communication problems.
