Meh. You can get a flu shot, and still contract the flu. It is a good idea to get one though, as it will typically cover you for the most widely predicted strains of flu for the year. Nothing is ever 100% effective. I get my flu shot yearly, and was unfortunate enough to contract H1N1, and some other random strain the year that the swine flu hit hard.

It's amazing that hardly anyone (unless they have it) know of ASMR. It can treat so many things but it also just soothes and relaxes your mind and body, which is no easy feat in today's world. Can you imagine if your GP treated you this way? No ten minute slots per patient. Attentive, caring, compassionate, understanding, soft, gentle and most importantly healing vibes.
