With how much she adores the guys body, i would assume that he is not a bodybuilder but built to a degree that it is attractive. So possibly personal guard background for roleplay idea? Bodyguards have a built body, but they still need to be agile and being a full on bodybuilder like the old Arnie does not bode well for decent body frames. Plus, Mafia girl's bodyguard can lead to progress in that relationship. Maybe the bodyguard is as possessive as his VIP is.
