I suggest adding some slow fabric brushing in the background to simulate back rubs/hair play. That shit knocks me OUT and adds a more comforting white noise along with the voice

It might be selfish of me to say but i hope you never delete this. There's no ptsd audio that hits the way this does. The asking permission and being able to say no, the reassurance, the grounding in the present, the calmness that permeates this audio. When i say this makes me feel safe i mean it with my whole chest. Whenever my memories are playing punching bag with my brain, this is the audio i come to first. Thank you for this safe haven.
