This is a bad idea: all this wax help to protect the auditory canal, it never should be removed, except when the patient can't ear as good as usual, and only by doctors...

Yes you can clean it. The wax its from dirt, dead skin and oils. Some time it can lead to infections. So if u wanna clean it you can. I do it every year.

Healthy ear anal anatomy requires hairs in the ears, and wax. Removing them can cause unnecessary infections. What next, eye ball cleaning? This guy has perfect ear canals. Jeez!

there are videos of eyeball cleaning. I've even seen them enter the tear ducts and clear them of debris. It's a very weird thing to watch, i couldn't imagine having it done. I've seen posts about it being a dangerous cleaning, which makes sense, considering the instruments used are inserted into the eyelids, and around the eyes themselves.
