ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a feeling some people experience as a result of certain sights and sounds, such as whispering, folding towels and hair brushing. "It is characterised by the tingling of the skin that starts at the crown of the head and works their way down the spine and leads to increased feelings of calm and relaxation."
People are going cray for ASMR videos for their sleep-inducing, de-stressing, and mood-boosting feels. In a new study by the University of Sheffield, it claims "ASMR can have the same physiological and psychological benefits as relaxation techniques such as mindfulness."
Why is ASMR so effective?
We all know how life can sometimes feel a bit stressful, right? Well, ASMR can help us de-stress and increase the likelihood of getting a better night’s sleep (which we all want) thanks to its triggers with bonding behaviours. Although, ASMR benefits aren’t just restricted to the evening or the bedroom. It can be used any time of the day, so say you’re having a stressful day at work, you can take a small break and listen to some sounds or watch videos on KZbin to help you.

U guys have pica It's an eating disorder in which ppl feel like eating inedible things like cement, mud , nails , iron and steel bars sometimes too.Its caused by iron and calcium deficiency.U should consult a doctor if u want to eat these type of things

Unicorn Slimes Here’s what you do. Sift pure cement,then mix with a little bit of water until it forms a shape(mix well then press it in your hands then see if it’s a kind of soft and damp texture,it doesn’t have to be a lot of water,it’s just to keep the cement it’s shape and it’s crush NOT crunch ok?Then air dry it overnight.Overnight if you want a soft texture or a day if U want a almost crunchy texture.
