Who am I :
My name is Isabel and I'm Dutch. My approach to ASMR video’s is combining entertainment in a form of imagination and fantasy (almost movie like) with relaxation. All wrapped into one video for you. This way you can enjoy my videos either before you go to bed to drift off easier, or you can just take a moment of relaxation during the day to calm down and relieve stress.

Isabel: This is a great followup to your previous spa video. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The background music is, again, one of my favorite parts (though in this video it is almost too quiet), it adds to the environment and realism. If you are of the mind to make a whole series like this, please do! Your attention to detail for a sauna/spa environment is great, and the microphone setup is perfect for this. Even when you're not focusing on one ear/side specifically, your voice is clear and easy to understand, even at a whisper.

Well, I always wondered about 'Is there sauna ASMR in the World?', and here it is^^!!! Finally I found^^!! Impressive^^!! The room is humid, You are also very wet, but objects you used are not wet^^!! So I thought you did very sacrificial treatment^^ And especially I love the sounds of flapping the towels^^!! I’m so curious how you created the sauna effects for the video. The “room” truly looks steamy and your hair/skin looks perfect as well. Did you use a humidifier while filming?

Definitely likely she had a shower and didn't dry properly prior to filming, though she also could have recreated a similar look with a light amount of oil or perhaps some sort of body shimmer product, could have even be that body butter she used in the video for us. The steam is 100% an effect.

I doubt she used a humidifier, not to mention humidity can be detrimental for things like cameras and computers plus the lens would get all steamy if she did. She probably showered before hand and bought some kind of realistic fog filter, you can sorta see the layering and how it doesn’t move when she does, plus the fog goes over the brush when she shoves it at the lens so I’d have to say it’s definitely VFX
