Don't care too much for others if that doesn't do you any good, start caring for yourself. Move schools? Issues like this can be easily resolved. Get involved in clubs, or some sports outside of school. Write down a list of all the things you do have and are grateful for. When you continue to think of things that are negative they become overwhelming. Never lose track of what you do have, and those who do love you. Don’t let negativity keep you down, and always try to find a resolution to your issues. If you really need to call a crisis line, they can help you move forward and get you the help you need.
