Hair parting is one of the only triggers that actually works for me. I was diagnosed two years ago at the age of 11 with chronic severe insomnia, and medication is the only thing that helps. But I put this on and five minutes after I take the medications, I'm sleeping.

hey, i really really like your videos, but i just wanted to come and say i avoided this video since it came out because i can't watch talking asmr videos. 9 time out of 10, there's mouth sounds due to the talking, and i just can't watch it, haha. just wanted to let you know it might help to title your videos as no talking like you do with your others !! this video is so so good btw, i loved the picking in spcific spots, it sounds sooooo good !! keep up the good work !!
