I've been watching ASMR for about 4 years now and I STILL THINK I'M DOING IT WRONG. Do you people sleep with your headphones on???? I always fall sleep with my headphones and next morning my ears hurt :(

You should try out sleep phones. I got a generic brand off Amazon and they work great. Little flat disc speakers in a soft headband
