Yes!! When I was a kid I used to get really intense chills from that! My #1 trigger was watching my granny set up her sewing machine, threading the bobbins with the gentle clicks and clacks of all the mechanical parts and such. And if I was watching TV it didn't matter if someone was painting or soldering or tying a fishing fly it was just electric to experience

I always fall asleep to your youtube videos, I finally went to the doctors to talk upon my insomnia and they requested vitamins which have NOT helped but I'm taking them still, as they're good 4 ur system in general. I told them I watch asmr to help me sleep and they said they're proud of me for doing so. I also watch these videos when struggling with anxiety, calms me down but makes me sleepy. Proves you do it well
