Best time in primary school was a head lice out break. Our nit lady had long finger nails. She Was a smoker so she always had breath mints in that was way over powering and blind as a bat so took her 5/10 minutes to check your head. Absolute bliss.

We only did scalp checks in like the 4th year. We kept our clothes on. In grade 7 and 8 we did scoliosis checks and did remove our shirt very sketchy. Just two random adults in a room with a shirtless minor

LIce check is for sure a marmite ASMR trigger. For those who hate it I totally understand - after all who wants to enjoy creepy critters on your scalp. However for those who love it (as in ME!)
