Today is your annual check up but because you are in your final year of High School i will be carrying out more of an in depth assessment on you. I will start by seeing how you are & if you have any concerns, followed by a series of topics.
I will ask you about your home life, social life, sex life/sexual health, mental health, well being, physical health & your reproductive health. I will ask you about your education, exams, future plans etc then i will carry out a physical exam.
I will look at your height, weight, BMI, eyes, ears & mouth. I will check your urine, pulse, blood pressure & listen to your chest.

When I was in 8th grade I broke my collarbone in gym class and went to the nurse who told me I was fine, gave me some crackers, and told me to go back to class. My teacher at the time noticed I was in pain (he was also a football coach) and put his hands on my collarbones and was like uh yeah that doesn’t feel right call your mom. 45 minutes and an x ray later I was in an arm sling with a hairline fracture lol. I can confirm they really try to fix everything with juice and crackers 😂

@@madisonpavone When I was 10 I fell onto a spiked fence and it cut through to the bone near my elbow. The dinner lady then continued to put a wet paper towel on it and asked if I was alright. They weren't allowed to give paracetamol and I wasn't allowed to go to hospital because I hadnt been sick. And the next day I was asked for a doctors note because I didn't have my swimming kit even after I showed them my arm. It's almost laughable
