how do i delete this youtube channel lol I am about to sound like a huge nerd but actually when you have hypothermia you shouldn’t heat yourself immediately. You should put whatever body part has it in Ice and then slowly over the course of hours or even days depending on how severe it is, heat it back up. It’s a lot like if you freeze glass bowl then put it in the oven. The glass will most likely shatter. Same concept but with veins and blood vessels instead of glass. 😂 I get the joke though.
