I first watched this back in 2016 when it first came out when I was either 15 or 16. I still remember spending the weekend at my dads and sitting on the bed watching it and getting my first tingles. If you’re on a computer, use the looper extension and input a loop start and end down to the milliseconds if needed. You can then bookmark the page to keep your loop. Pick a loop that fits naturally, but don’t start too close to the end when testing.

Not everyone gets 'tingles'. It effects different people on different levels. But if you're getting tired, you most definitely are experiencing ASMR. I think because some people get tingles from some triggers, ASMRists just assume everyone does. I randomly get tingles with certain triggers but I search out those that help me calm down and fall asleep. Maybe you just haven't figured out your tingle triggers, or maybe you're just susceptible to sleepiness. 😎👍
