ASMR SEAFOOD BOIL + HOW TO MAKE SEAFOOD SAUCE (EATING SOUNDS) NO TALKING | SAS-ASMR
I've made this sauce before on SASVlogs • How to make SEAFOOD SA... my second channel for those of you who missed it. Also, just realized some of the audio is missing in it, do you think I should re-make it? lol
In this video I used:
-3 red chili (use more or less depending on your spice level)
-3 cloves of garlic
-Cilantro (a bunch - adjust to your liking)
-3 whole lime (squeezed)
-3 tbsp fish sauce
-3 tbsp palm sugar (white sugar is ok too, same amount)
Mash or blend chili and garlic together (if you dont want it too spicy, you can just mash the garlic and cut up the chili to add at the very end). Add the rest of the ingredients, stir or blend. *adjust to your liking by adding more lime juice, fish sauce or sugar.
I hope you enjoy this sauce. Its super easy to make and a very common Thai dipping sauce served at almost every restaurant/house hold in Thailand. It has a very refreshing clean taste goes well with bbq meat, seafood, grilled fish especially even chicken.
However if you are not a fan of fish sauce, or you like your sauce to be more on the creamy side this sauce is not for you.

@Sakura Editz I-I don't know hehe😅,but there's a fun fact about me. My hunger is linked with my sleep for some reason (not that typical situation when you eat and you start to fall asleep) and i can only get hungry if I'm talking with that person while she/he is eating but if I get hungry...strangely that hunger will start to make me fall asleep too...i don't know if that's only me or not. I just know that I have that power in asmr "to not get hungry".

I made it. Minus the cilantro root (couldn’t find it) and used half a jalapeño (didn’t have chili) and it was AMAZING!! The sweetness mixed with the lime and the garlic and spicyness with the fish sauce is literally the perfect blend of flavors.
