!!! This !!! I realized she’s been cutting parts that she might deem “too loud” like the initial ice cream slime crack . I get tingles from strong multiple cracks so I was kind of bummed

She literally says at 7:30 that she personally prefers softer ASMR sounds. She cuts them to her preference, not because she's afraid of sounding too loud.

For the bars, the last numbers printed on the back tells you what they are: 101 is the rolling balls, 102 is the spinning knobs, 104 is the brush, 105 is the long switches, 106 is the maze, 107 is the dominoes, 108 is the Tetris puzzle squares, and 110 is the bead seesaw. I am not sure which of 103 or 109 is the keyboard, though I do recommend pressing down on the box and whichever makes a spring sound is the keyboard. The ovals also do the same thing, but I'm not sure of their numbers, but you can avoid getting the button with the flair like the two in the video by comparing the sizes since it is the largest of them all at the moment.
