It really just makes you sad about the brutal reality of negative thoughts and insomnia I suffer with it severely and it makes me tear up when I saw when school came out and sadness etc. and I know this is a new comment but you really are making a change for me and all these people and this video makes me so calm and relaxed. If you take this and imagine, everything that was taken out of her head was stuff that was bothering her and keeping her like work and school, etc then you stop and think about how much stuff would have to be pulled out of some people's heads so they could sleep, I love this video so much I watch it when I want to relax, sleep or having a anxiety attack, helps calm me down winch I appreciate 😌
