I want to drop in and say that a) all the bodies you see online are altered somehow. Most are photoshopped. There's filters now that make it easy to Photoshop Videos too, you don't need any skills for that. That's why you're seeing so many girls with waists tinier than their heads all over instagram, trying on clothes. Most influences and celebrities have done beauty surgeries. And even if none of these two things are happening, lightning and angle do so much! Lighting that evens out bumvs, scratched, pimples and all that on your skin. No stretch marks no nothing. And angle, shucked in stumach, etc. Which makes you look your best, but let's be honest 99% of time, we don't actually look our best. B) every body is unique and perfect in its own way. C) if you can't stop comparing yourself to people in general (which is hard, I understand, I can't stop either), then stop comparing to people online and start comparing to people in real life. Because most people don't look perfect or flawless or whatever in real life. People at the beach don't look perfect. They don't don't breathe to look great when they are not taking pictures. They look human, just like you. D) you are beautiful!
