Normally, I don't watch much of a sleep-related video, it's just the first 15 seconds or so while I get my Bluetooth volume sorted, then I go dark screen. The exception I always make is when you have a skit at the beginning of your videos. They're funny and put me in a good space before I try to go to sleep. If I've had a really rough day I will choose one of these because it short circuits the difficulty I've experienced during the day and helps my mind reset.
