Oh yes, that can definitely disrupt normal sleep patterns. I’ve worked night hours before. Had to create a completely black out situation to sleep in the day. It worked so well. If only I had, had ASMR back then.

I know what you mean! I had a request once to go into a place that sold yarn and squeeze the packages. The paper wrapping on the outside makes a great sound. I do a little bit of that in my shopping trip to Michael’s craft store. But that store was really far away and so are most fabric stores or places like it. I just don’t have the means to make that kind of video. I would have to be dedicated to traveling out a bit not knowing whether I would really get a video out of it or not. It’s rather a catch 22. Not that you need to know all this. I’m kind of thinking out loud. 😂

Rebecca!! I was looking for this video. When it comes to relaxation i always come to you :). That's such a bummer, Tiffany. I wouldn't worry too much as you probably have the stomach flu. Just make sure you drink lots of fluids. Even if it comes back up. Just keep drinking more.

I went to the doctor and they said I have stomach flu. The symptoms are weird tho, bc my mom said that we usually get stomachaches but I don't and I just throw up and diarrhea... I want to drink fluids but I can't bc I just dont have the appetite to drink or eat
