Oh yes! I was quite excited! The gal who cut the tablecloth for me was in a very big hurry. She cut it crooked by about 3 inches on one side. But I didn’t mind because I understand what these employees are going through. She was not rude and she was not unkind. That was all that mattered to me. 🥰

I really appreciate that feedback! Because the truth is that I tend to tap a little bit naturally. I was holding back because I didn’t want to be typical and so many people hate it. But I decided to be myself. It’s good to have confirmation that being myself is OK! 😂 I wear my cell phone against my body. Not the simplest way to film but it works for my needs.

I was able to breathe, and build additional patience with other's frustration as I was able to relax - thus allowing me to detach their frustration//verbal assault from taking it personally & emotionally/mentally. I was able to see it as a reflection of where they were at rather than get frustrated as if their angry diatribe was accurate about me as a person. A very common realization, but easier said than done on a busy monday working phones hahah.

I try to be especially kind and careful with phone calls but sometimes, we on the other end, lose it. I remember telling someone, "I totally know this isn't your fault but, gripe, gripe, gripe". I love the goodwill shopping videos! I am so bummed that I make no money on those videos because of copyright issues. Music is so loud. So I finally worked up the courage to ask the manager if it was possible to turn the music down. They said no and then gave me the number to corporate. They don’t have any control over the choice or volume of music. Isn’t that amazing? 🙀 I just might call that number. 👍🏻

Love all your videos, but my favourite sound of all is the crinkle of pet food bags! The bags are thicker and make a more satisfying crinkle sound if that makes sense!!

There is a Hobby lobby about 45 minutes away from where I live. I did a video with Michael’s craft shop once and that was difficult because it was in a big town and there was a lot of noise and people. I wonder about Hobby lobby.
