Hey morgan! I’m not sure if you’ve already tried this, but I was having trouble with my comments being disabled too and this fixed it for me. In advanced settings change ‘I want to review this setting for every video.’ to ‘No, set this channel as not made for kids. I never upload content that’s made for children.’. Not sure if this will help but I wanted to let you know just incase! 💗💗💗
