all posture is good posture as long as you switch it up! standing up straight isnt whats important, there's no proven correlation between slouching and pain. its constantly slouching, or constantly standing straight. like when you sleep with your neck in a weird position, you hurt in the morning because you were in a position that youre not used to being in all night. thats why standing straight may hurt if youre used to constantly slouching! just try to stretch and switch it up! although straight posture is very attractive i will say, i wish i could do it for more than 5 seconds at a time LOL

@@skylaann6536 The spine is also the "information highway" of your body. Signals are sent faster and more efficiently from the brain, to the rest of the body, when your spine is straight. Also, there is more room for your internal organs to be where they were meant to be when your spine is straight like it was designed to be. Proper posture also makes your back stronger. This is important for everyone, but especially for women with large breasts, or for when they eventually get pregnant.

I have the exact same injury as Julia! An impingement in the lateral deltoid in the left shoulder, a slight tear in the supraspinatus tendon (rotator cuff). Can do front raises, cannot do lateral raises. The bad news is the blasted thing takes months to heal, even with physiotherapy.

Very relaxing. Miss Coco and Julia do a wonderful job together as Physician and Patient. My own personal ASMR guidelines are not met by the usual “let’s get a binaural mic or mic/head and start making sounds.” The landscape (for me) has to include something or somebody being worked on, usually in some type of professional capacity with a combination of active and passive elements. Miss Coco and her friends do an excellent job of ASMR triggering, with Miss Coco’s voice being one of the best in the ASMR community for soothing and relaxing qualities. Five Stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
