what helps me concentrate on something like a book is having some music playing in the background on low volume just to have a different thing for my brain lol but that's awesome that you got through 5 books this past year and that you found enjoyment from reading! and thanks for the video Rose!

That's what I did for reading too! To set a unique mode to signal my mind and body that I'll be reading with one specific music in the background hehe. Interesting we share the same method ❤

reading books in a different language is definitely quite intimidating if you’re not native but you’ve read quite a lot already n some of those aren’t so simple to read too! been thinking about reading atomic habits because everyone raves about it so this was a nice reminder 😂 i’ll also be looking into dear mum :) one thing though we usually pronounce dymocks like di-muhks rather than die-muhks! hoping you had a great easter rose🌹🐣💜
