Youth to the people actually has a limited edition pride month edition of their best selling cleanser; in many articles they said they support different gender identities, sexualities, etc. Now I know just having a pride month cleanser doesn’t mean they aren’t supportive of that, I did not go in depth with my research but I will say that they most likely are supportive, although all brands are making this move

I have a few things that I go to aside from what was already mentioned. -gentle stretching. Sometimes warming up your muscles in a slow and gentle fashion can ease things a bit. -for back cramps a tennis ball is your friend. Put it on the sore spot and lean into the ball while sitting in a chair. It kicks serious butt for pinpoint cramps -warm, wet heat. Get a towel wet with warm water, wring it out and use it as a warm compress. This increases Blood flow. -icy hot for back and thigh cramping. -magnesium oil and supplements are also a gift from heaven. -lavender oil (always mixed with a carrier oil like almond) applied to the abdomen. Hope some of this helps!
