A fast heartbeat is a bad sign, please find moments to destress yourself and stretch in the morning, practice slowing your breathin. These can help you live longer and feel better. As we sleep these naturally slow. nowhere as helpful as calming yourself and relaxing trust yourself and your fans will love it! Such a raging heartbeat is double my resting heart rate almost as if your extremely nervous and stressed please feel better soon
