I think this sleep helpline roleplay is a cool concept. I can imagine a multitude of these helpline videos being made and they would involve some of the original characters and each character could have a different kind of helpline. I've been watching like maybe 10 minutes of this video a day for the past week or so to put me to bed. I can honestly say aside from wet mouth sounds this is the first time I have found a trigger I absolutely cannot sit through. For whatever reason buff foam and the velvet was just such a hard no for me. But I love concept of this video. For whatever reason my brain just said no to that one particular. I thought of a trigger I haven't seen anyone so when I was taking care of my newborn. What if you did like tapping, tracing, and reading bedtime stories? I have a couple of books like I Love You to the Moon and Back and The Hungry Hungry Caterpillar that are made of cardboard completely which sounds really nice to tap and scratch.
