Sorry you have migraines. I have them too and it is pure suffering. However I take triptans, a little bit of sumatriptan pretty much takes care of it. There are other medications too, so thankfully we don't have to suffer through this...

@TMNlaser you donr have to. There are now effective meds for prevention of migraine. Talk to your doc, you don't have to live in pain!!!

@TMNlaseryou should definitely cut down on VR time and take something. I pushed through migraine pain until my early 20s and it actually damaged my vision a bit and made my tinnitus worse. Being in pain isn't something to be proud about :( hope you figure out how to manage urs, trust me, it's worth looking into.

Why do you all tap the nails so much? The scraping sound works soooo much better. And rattling jewelry is very good too. The scratching gets you tingles right away. Just saying for me it is anyway. 😊

Yours would be better if your technique was better, so many people just trying to do this now. 1. You are too fast. 2. The whole idea of left and right mics is the panning affect, to go back and forth switching ears, so you have a calming moment in each ear. I mean you might as well have 1 mic if you are going to do it just in stereo and not panning.
