@@christinaseavers4709 I believe it is a constructive criticism. For example, Lauren asked what kind of tea I wanted. Then she said, "Lavender tea, coming right up." Now, lavender was *not* the answer I gave in my mind. So, it broke the immersion. Obviously, Lauren can't know what people will want. I feel that this could be avoided. If she wants to ask such questions, at least her response could be different. She could have said, "Yes, we have that. And how do you to take your tea?" or "Very well. The kitchen staff will prepare your tea immediately." Does what I am saying make more sense now?
