Believe it or not, it is literally more common to have multiple disabilities rather than just one. Is it really hard to imagine why an autistic and adhd person may develop an anxiety disorder or depression? Not to mention that autistic people are more likely to develop PTSD or CPTSD, due to how autistic people tend to process trauma.
