I get asked to make part 2's on basically every video I make. But the truth is, most people don't watch part 2's and if anyone missed part 1 then they probably aren't gonna check out the second part. So I don't really make sequels since not many people watch them. It just makes more sense for me to do stand alone videos. But who knows maybe I'll do more part 2's in the future :)

Pro tip that I do, I know that I'll be asleep within an hour of listening and I stay asleep for the most part so I'll fast forward to the video with only about an hour left and let it run. At that point I have my screen timeout set for a couple of minutes so once the video ends my phone automatically turn off. I know that won't work for everyone but I hope that helps!

I still use this to sleep, the breathing sounds help me sleep because when I was little, until I was about 13 I would sleep with my great grandma (its just how I was raised and I only visited her on weekends, I'm pretty sure she was 86 by that point) and would fall asleep to the familiar sound of her breathing, when I first heard this the breathing gave me this sense of comfort and familiarity because the way the breathing is almost exactly resembles the way my grandma would breathe while she slept
