Helping others there really made me feel better about helping myself. Giving back to your community is a wonderful way to heal yourself. Like a really nice guy who asks all the initial intake questions, takes some measurements and maybe goes through demonstrating and spotting some exercises. Lots of personal affirmation stuff. Sorry man, they’re only a minute at the start - I think KZbin put one at the end but that wasn’t on purpose- I’ve turned those off now. The ads at the start are really the only way we make a living from this - you’re welcome to skip ahead, they’re only 60-90 seconds usually

Hey, so hellofresh actually treats their employees really badly. Standing in a freezer for 10 hours a day. And they only pay $17/hr. Here in the US, corporations CAN and should be leading the charge in paying a livable wage, which is around $30/hr. They're really really awful.
