@@karmaxoxo9085 so i read up on it, and it can be caused by a lot of stress, dietary plans or just mental health. this doesn’t mean you need to eat healthier or unhealthier it means the times you might be eating at? everyone gets stressed as well so your not alone! lastly mental health issues are pretty tough so maybe you should talk to a parent?
