I've always assumed I would hate ASMR, and I do dislike some of it. Tapping, sounds of food, stuff that's designed to sound like it's in your ear. It all freaks me out. But I stumbled on your stuff randomly and said "Fine, fuck it". It was the first time in 13 years that I had no urge to bite my nails. I don't "tingle", but it's an interesting trance of just /listening/ and my anxiety disappears. After 10 years of trying to resist the urge to bite (read: shred my nails, rip at my skin), I'm one month since the last time I bit. You've seriously changed my life.
