Not to be a Supernatural fan on main but at 11:07, it suddenly reminded me that this year is going to be the final season, and I suddenly remembered the life-long friends I've made as a result of mutual interest in the show, and how healing its themes of family and dealing with trauma and loss has been to me, and how it's been one of my favourite shows for years, and and I'm totally not crying right now, definitely not crying* *yes I am, I'm definitely crying. Thank you so much for this!! I am in law enforcement. So the things and horros I see everyday and having to deal with the stress and aftermath of them when I get home. It makes it hard to sleep and keeps me up a lot. Staying alone I recently started watching ASMR and it really has helped me so much, my mom used to sing to me all the time when I was a kid and it put me to sleep.
