ASMR SOFT WHISPERS 🥰TELLING MY LATE GRANDMA'S BEDTIME STORY😴

Hello lovelies, and WELCOME BACK to another CraftyWhisperMamaASMR video! Today's video is one that is very close to my heart, as it's one that my late grandma (Baba) made up when my brothers and I were very young children.
While I'd planned on my next video being the next installment of my answers to@JeannieBASMR"Jeannie B ASMR's Most Interesting Questionnaire OF ALL TIME", I felt I needed to post this one first. This video was not even a thought in my mind until, ONCE AGAIN, one of JeannieBASMR's most recent posts sparked the idea.
In her most-recent video, @JeannieBASMR mentioned that her grandkids call her "BabaNini"- I am SO sorry if I've misspelled that, Jeannie! I know that she's mentioned this in past videos, however, I was always so touched by her videos as a whole that I never put 2 and 2 together 🤦🏼‍♀️Though the name is a bit different, my brothers and I called our late grandma, "Baba"- My grandma wanted to be called "Bubbie" (a Jewish word for "Grandma", but when I started talking, I was unable to pronounce the word. Hence why I called her Baba; and since I was the eldest of her 3 grandchildren, Baba became her name with all of us.
As a young child, my Baba began telling us these bedtime stories that she'd made up called, "Johnny & Mary". My Baba, in her gentle, whispering, Argentinian accent would get us all snuggled in our beds at bedtime and begin telling us these stories. I say "stories" because throughout the years, she added more details into the lives of Johnny and Mary and created sequels and spin-offs of the original story. Looking back now, the whimsy and enchantment that my Baba brought to life through her stories is nothing short of AMAZING.
My Baba played a huge role in my life and upbringing; she was more than just a grandma- she embodied LOVE, COMFORT, WARMTH, and POSITIVITY- she truly made me feel like nothing was impossible, and that DREAMS really do come true. My Baba passed away almost exactly 2 years ago, and I miss her every day.
In an effort to keep Baba's stories ALIVE, I will continue telling her stories through these videos. I hope I can tell them at least half as wonderfully as she did.
Please help me keep Baba's stories ALIVE, and let's let these be an extension to her BEAUTIFUL legacy.

Risa, this is such a wonderful video - so heartfelt and loving. You have a real talent for ASNR and your voice and stories are just wonderful. I was missing my parents a lot today but this made me remember some stories that I hadn’t thought of in a while so thank you for that and for sharing your Baba with us.

Awww, I'm just now reading your comment, and it's bringing happy tears to my eyes. As painful as it is losing a loved one, and though you never stop missing them, I, too, find so much peace and comfort in the memories I have of them- I feel so incredibly blessed to have shared so many special moments with my Baba. It's my hope that by sharing these Baba stories with the world, the world will be able to feel as warm and comforted as I did hearing them as a little girl. P.S.
