My therapist literally recommended me to do progessive muscle relaxations before bed due to stress. What a coincidence! Also a few weeks ago you mentioned that you might want to do another "fall asleep with me asmr" vid someday soon, I'd be really grateful for that because no joke, I've fallen asleep to it dozens of times by now.
