Perfect timing! Was just lying down because I felt queasy and saw you'd posted and was like 'yes! New video to listen to/ watch to help relax!' Also, just in case anyone reads this and is curious, I can verify that Manta masks are worth the money. They may not be super cheap, but they are *so* worth the little extra you pay compared to those little fold-up things you get in the travel section at supermarkets. I confess, I have the entire range (heaven bless Afterpay!) and it's rare that I don't use one or another to sleep, whether it's a standard one, heat, cold, weighted (a godsend when migraines hit), slim or even the audio one. The last is my fave. It lets me listen to asmr clear as day via bluetooth without deafening me to my surroundings, and although one charge should technically last a couple nights, I frequently get 4 out of it.
