My very first massage was done by a Russian lady and I couldn’t move for days I hurt so bad. I thought who are these people who keep going back? Tried another gal at a different place and she did a heavenly job.

I once booked a massage as a birthday present to myself. The lady who did it was too rough and back then I was too young and shy to tell her it wasn't pleasant. I left with a headache and it was years before I had another massage! 😬 Now that I'm older and not so shy I let my massage therapist know what feels good and what I like. In fact, I prefer back scratching like this as opposed to a massage per se.👍

I usually that to have them do a very light touch massage, but even then some spots on my body are sore

I've only had two full body massage's the first one was lovely......the second one was too rough same place different lady.....and two arm massages which were nice but the lady talked all the time and I couldn't relax.....that was ages ago and it was quite expensive then.... went past a place today and I thought I might give it another go for a treat for my birthday or something.......🤷‍♀️🤞🏻
