Chicken gizzard recipe
I’m cooking 1 kg gizzard
First wash and clean chicken gizzard nicely
Boil the chicken gizzard for 15 to 20 minutes add some salt in it as well after 20 minutes wash the chicken gizzard in cold water and leave it on the side while making gravy.
Gravy
2 tbls any oil
4 cloves
1 teaspoon cumin seed
4 cardamon
1 cinnamon stick
2 curry leaves
1 teaspoon kasuri methi
Fry in the hot oil for 5 seconds
And add 2 medium chopped Onion
And 5 cloves of chopped garlic
And same amount of chopped ginger
Fry it until the raw smell disappear
And add 3 medium chopped tomato cook it until tomato get soft
Now blend the gravy in the blender until it’s get smooth it will be smooth and better if you filter it through strainer and leave flitter gravy on the side
Now put pan on
2 tbls butter 🧈
2 tbls oil
You can skip butter if you don’t like
Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
And add boil gizzard and fry until it’s look brown
Now add masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 garam masala
And fry it for 2 minutes and add the gravy purée and add salt as you like and cook it until the water totally dry out
Finish up with some coriander 🌿
