It's my first time trying out the stew / soup type Korean Spicy Fire Noodles! I made it the Korean Army Base Stew (Budae Jjigae) style by adding the following ingredients:
Spam
Vienna sausages
Tofu
Enoki Mushrooms
Scallions
Kimchi

Thanks, Amani! Tofu is made from curds of soy milk and has a bland taste. Spam is a processed meat (usually pork, which you don’t eat), maybe it tastes similar to ham but the texture is mushier? 😂

Linda Xyooj Actually they taste kinda different! The stew type is definitely less spicy, and has more of a garlicky taste. Do try! 😊😊
